Allow the treatment to dry before allowing children or pets back out on the lawn.
QHow long after a treatment should I wait before allowing my children or pets on the lawn?
Service calls are free. Just notify us and we will respond within 48 hours to resolve the issue.
QWhat if I notice a problem or have a concern between applications?
This depends on the types of products applied. Your technicians will leave detailed instructions on watering requirements for each treatment.
QWhen should I water the lawn after treatment?
We recommend watering during the lawn’s natural wet period; usually between 2AM and 9AM to avoid promoting disease and limiting evaporation.
QWhen is the best time to water my lawn?
Tall Fescue should be cut at 3 ½ inches or higher. Cutting fescue high promotes a deeper root system. Common Bermuda grass should be cut at a height of 1 inch to 1 ½ inches. Hybrid Bermuda grass should be cut at ¾ inch to 1 inch. Your technicians will always advise you on proper cutting height.
QWhat is the recommended cutting height for my lawn?
The rule of thumb is to never remove more than 1/3 of the of the grass blade in any one mowing. We recommend returning the clippings (mulching) into the lawn as this provides valuable nutrients and moisture for healthy growth. This practice reduces the need for additional watering and fertilization.
QHow often should I cut my lawn?
Grass requires adequate sunlight for growth. Shade from the trees does not allow adequate light for healthy growth. Tree roots also compete for valuable nutrients and water. Your technician will make recommendations for these areas in your lawn.
QWhy can’t I get grass to grow under my trees?
No, our trucks are set up to customize each application for each individual lawn. We have a fresh water tank and drop tanks allowing us to mix the appropriate treatment for your lawn unlike our competitors.
QDoes my lawn receive the same materials as my neighbors?
First, we will never apply insect control products unless we see turf damaging insects in high enough populations to warrant the treatment. We use systemic products to avoid harm to beneficial insects and we never use organophosphate insecticides.
